Congratulations to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West who wed over the weekend in Florence, Italy. Overlooking a backdrop of white flowers, they shared their vows overlooking Florence on the rooftop of the 16th century Forte di Belvedere. Although no official images have been released, we have found out that the bride wore a Haute couture Givenchy gown while Kanye also wore a suit from the same designer.
Over 200 guests celebrated
with the controversial couple including musician John Legend, the voluptuous
Kardashian family and American Vogue editor-in-large Andre Leon Talley. Notable
absentees from the festivities were Rob Kardashian, who returned to Los Angeles
on the day of the wedding due to his alleged insecurities over his recent weight
gain. Beyonce and Jay-Z also skipped the event, which many suspect has to
do with the presence of Rachel Roy who was allegedly the root of the infamous
Solange and Jay-Z elevator fight after the Met Gala.
After such a huge buildup to
this wedding including the infamous Vogue cover of the #mosttalkedaboutcouple,
we wish the West’s nothing but luck as they embark on married life.
